KT Women’s Health and Fitness was born out of a desire to create a safe and welcoming place for women of all different shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

 

I believe all ladies should have the opportunity to work on themselves both physically and mentally, while feeling comfortable to do so.

 

I only ever wanted to have a maximum of 12 ladies to a class so that I could give you the attention you need and deserve, without ever feeling lost in a big group.

 

When you join the KT Women’s Health and Fitness family, my promise to you is you will always feel safe, happy, and comfortable to be yourself, while surrounded by other fun and friendly women.
